TTA COLLEGE INTERN PROGRAM
The future of the Texas Thoroughbred industry is bright.
College Interns with the Texas Thoroughbred Association recently shared their gratitude for the opportunity to work alongside horses, trainers, grooms, managers, and industry professionals at Lone Star Park.
From learning how racehorses are selected, to seeing the care and precision that goes into daily training and barn management, these students gained valuable hands-on experience that will serve them well in future careers—including veterinary school, animal science, racing, breeding, and other equine industry pathways.
We are proud to help introduce the next generation to the people, horses, and opportunities that make Texas thoroughbred racing so special.
